The Stardew Valley Casino offers the same gambling options as any real casino. There are slot machines and BlackJack (in Stardew Valley game, it’s called CalicoJack). When playing CalicoJack, you can choose between two tables, with low stakes (100 Qi coins) and high stakes (1,000 Qi coins). On the wiki it says that all casino games favor the player as of the 1.4 update, and details the 'optimal' CalicoJack strategy. I've been using the strategy it suggests, but am still losing way more frequently than I'm winning. According to the wiki, the optimal strategy is to stand on an 18 with a dealer upcard of 9, a 16 with an upcard of 5 or 6, and a 17 for anything else. The Stardrop Saloon is owned by Gus, and is located in the center of Pelican Town. It's a meeting place for many villagers, and hosts a variety of entertainment, including fully playable arcade machines, a jukebox, and a Joja Cola soda machine.
