Hello all, ok i have 4 s2000 plus slots that had set for along time. All needed a battery. Replaced all of them. All of them came up with 61 error. I pushed the button for a few seconds they all go to 61 1. Then i turn the reset key but they do nothing . Stay on 61 1. My question is do i go ahead and get a reset chip. I am confused i see a bunch of people say to get clear chip and use it. Then i see people say only use a clear chip as a last resort. Something about them not working after clearing ram in stand alone situation. All 4 of these machines are about the same year. The only other machine i have here is a 400 dotmation from wms. Can i just get the checksum to write to a chip? Also if i did get it what chip would it be written to? None of these machines have bill validators. They have been removed. Thanks for looking
